Many dealt with the Civil War, including When They Come Marching Home; The War Will Be Over Soon; and his most famous tune, Tenting on the Old Camp Ground, which was sung by both Union and Confederate soldiers. 124 pp., with lyrics to some songs. Five plates with 10 b&w photographs, including a frontispiece portrait of Kittredge. 8vo clothbound hardcover. VG with some fading and browning, slight bow to the front cover.
