Company stamp on inside right flypage.Greenewalt was 10th president of DuPont and this was his thought on using individuals and creating the right atmosphere for flourishing. A really top down view that ordinary business book writers wouldn't have. Book would have been rated better if the reader hadn't dogeared a few pages in the first chapter. Thank goodness they stopped reading after chapter 1. The dogears are not obtrusive.
