Very heavy, large volume ( 9" x 11" x 2") in original red paper backed boards and grayish tape spine with paper label. There is water staining to the front cover panel and to the bottom corners of the first 50 pages, off and on. There is waviness to the page block which may be due in part to the water damage toward the front but most probably from the thickness and good quality of the paper. Would require extra postage. Too bad about the water staining toward the front, a very scarce item. Deals with the Diocese of Moray records from 1400 AD to 1623 AD. $115.00

Could this be a facsimile of edition published in 1922? The book itself gives no clue. One would think that it would have more wear if it were from 1922, some page signatures have toned unevenly, light spotting to side paper edge. Either way, it is an important and uncommon book in the history of Ireland. $55.00
