This is the catalogue of the Koch Retrospective exhibition held in November, 2004 - January, 2005. Catalogue is as new except for a fold-over crease near the bottom of the front cover. Beautifull color photos of Koch's evocative landscapes throughout. Includes several essays on Koch and his work and several appendices - see photo. From Wikipedia: "Philip Koch (born 30 March 1948) is professor emeritus at the Maryland Institute College of Art and an American realist painter whose landscapes are heavily influenced by the work of Edward Hopper. Since 1983, Koch has spent summers in residency at Hopper's studio on Cape Cod. Art museums all over the US hold Koch's work in their permanent collections and he has had seventeen solo museum exhibitions, most recently at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art.

A beautiful book. Text in English with 427 illustrations - the vast majority in full color and many full page. Both Book and unclipped dj are in "as new" condition.

First edition of the set of two Mary O'Hara classics illustrated by John Stuart Currey, a majort pre-WWIIt artist. The books are in excellent condition except for one major flaw. The spines of both books show a great deal of fading and soiling. Otherwise, both volumes are in 'As New Condition. The slipcase, though fully intact, also shows much soiling and wear.

Seems to be a medical history using illustrations from famous works of art as well as medical sketches. Full signature and inscription by the author on the title page. The book and dj are like new. We can't speak to the text t because our Spanish is severely limited. However, the book itself is beautiful with many striking and beautiful illustrations. Oversize book (aprx. 10x12") Text is in Spanish. Contains 272 b/w photographic plates with maps of Spain printed on inside front and back and front and end fly-leafs. Pages are clearly readable but with foxing foxing throughout. Cover has severe tears along spine including tear along end interior. Otherwise, covers has very little shelf wear. Except for the foxing all pages are tight, without tears or chips. Previous owner's dedication is on the second flyleaf (in Spanish dated 1953).

This is the first edition form the Scribner series "The Biographical Edition of Stevenson's Works".of the work originally published in 1889.The cover of leather over board still has the bright gilded designs on the front and spine despite some wear and chippinge. The pages are in excellent condition with clear, large print; no tears, foxing or marks, etc.
