The former owner, a college professor who is the author of 8 scholarly books, has stamped it on ffep with a stamp that has his name and some chinese characters in red. There is light underlining in red pencil throughout the text, though a few important ones are starred in the margins and marked with heavier pressure. Some notations in the bibliography, ticks by some of the titles. So yes, there's underlining, else near fine.
