Contains 110 drawings by Daniel Vierge with comments by Joseph Pennell and an essay on the life and writings of Quevedo by Henry Edward Watts. Frontis of Quevedo with tissue guard present. Minor sunning to spine with gilt somewhat faded but still readable. Worn at spine edges with other minor signs of wear to front and back covers. Hinges weak but holding with paper breaking at gutters. Foxing to end papers and flyleaf with overall age tanning. Digital photos available. ; Black and White; Folio 13" - 23" tall; 239 pages .
