The book was only removed once from the shipping paper and corrugated shipping wrapper, to get a photo of the author's signature and verify limited quantity #327 on the signature page and on the edge of the binding. Pages were not turned in order to maintain it's original as new crisp condition. The book was then re-packaged into the original shipping paper/wrapper

This is a nice collection of all twelve1934 issues of American Rifleman magazine. Nicely assembled in an NRA embossed binder by Gilmer.
Great reference for a lot of pre-war guns and accesories. Also great shooting and hunting articles period to the time.
Mostly in very good condition. The corner of the March issue looks like it was feasted on!...no print impacted...but I'm sure these are available individually if you wanted to replace it.
The Dec issue also has half a dozen torn pages, the attached photo shows the worst of them.

This is #148 of 1776 copies of the United States Bicentennial Edition issue of Armsmear, the biography of Samuel L. Colt comissioned by his wife Elizabeth Hart Colt after his death in 1862.
It is in mint, like new condition.
I was presented this Limited Edition Copy of Armsm as an award for my display of Colt firearms at the Hartford (Glastonbury) Gun Show Sept 12th, 1976. The display was titled Classics of Lasting Tradition (COLT). Although the guns from the display are long gone, I still have this book.
It was presented to me and signed by Martin S. Huber, the Colt Fireams Company Historian.
