A group of (19) photographs of aviation history by various photographers, a number are from the Mansell Collection. Includes everything from biplanes to military aviation. From the early 1900s to the 1930s. Most are captioned on verso in pen on pencil with photographer's credit wet stamped on verso. Print sizes range from 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" to 10" x 8". Most prints are loose, a few are mounted; mostly glossy and some matte prints on single weight and double weight paper. Minor wear along edges of prints, 1 print has a tear on upper edge as seen in image 6, a couple with minor surface abrasions, very good condition overall

A group of 13 c. 1910 photographs of the interior of the Ford Motor Co. factory with workers producing car parts on Ford's famous assembly lines along with a group of pictures of motor cars being transported by ship for the overseas market. (9) 6 1/2" x 8 1/2" images and (4) 5" x 7" images of cars in the process of being exported along with an album measuring 7 1/2" x 10" to insert the smaller pictures. Very good condition, some scattered surface indentations, a few creases at paper corners and some minimal wearing around edges. Historical content!* Price includes discount *

A charming little softcover album containing 9 early photographs of an aviation meet in France with the aviator Lieut. Fecamp taking off in his Farmon Biplane. Each print neatly titled in ink below image in French on mount. 9 photos measure approx. 2 3/4" x 4 1/2", album measures 5 1/4" x 7 1/2", 12 pp. Two-hole string tie binding. Good condition, 3" vertical tear on left side of front cover as seen in detailed image, otherwise minimal wear to covers. 1 image has silvering across entire image and remaining 8 prints have silvering around the edges as seen in images. * Price includes discount *

Lot 291 in a Swann Galleries Auction on April 7, 1993 and sold for $1,045.00, Ex-collection William Welling, photography and aviation historian. Print measures 8 3/4" x 6 1/4" on semi-gloss single weight paper. Fine condition, a few lite indentations visible under specular light. * Price includes discount *

A charming small album of 20 photos initialed 'CEF' indicating the photographer's initials likely Clarence E. Fry. Mainly family portraits, a few group outdoor scenes and a few studies of paintings. Each photo neatly titled in either pencil or ink. Includes albumen and salt prints. Label on introduction page inscribed "Emma Clarence Visick form her fondly attached uncle, aunt and cousins, No. 18 Medina Villas, Cliftonville, Brighton, 29 Sept. 1860" Approx. 40 pages, album measures 6" x 5 ½", images range from 1 ¾" x 1 ½" to 2 ¾" x 4". Prints are in very good condition, lite foxing throughout album pages, wear to covers and binding as seen in images.
