Green board: gold gilt mostly worn off. No DJ; Good+ Light rubbing/ darkening to binding. Binding is getting lose at front and back boards, but still connected. Stands straight. Text is near fine! Pages 78 and 79 discolored due to collection of handwritten notes and newspaper clippings dating from 1920s - 30s.
