Signed and numbered on the back by the artist. This piece is printed and designed by Lauren Emeritz and is based on the United States Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII). This federal law prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, and religion in employment, education, and access to public facilities and public accommodations.
