New York: Oxford University Press, 1978. First Edition. Near Fine/Very Good+. First edition, first printing. Signed by Rem Koolhaas on the half title page in 2011. Bound in publisher's pink cloth-covered boards with titles stamped in black. Near Fine, with bumping to corners, and light fading to cloth at edges. In a Very Good+ dust jacket with price intact, light fraying at the edges and several tape reinforcements made to the verso, and a slight waviness to the rear panel. A lovely copy of Koolaas' important architectural, cultural and social analysis of New York, signed.

Rem Koolhaas is the internationally known architect, a founder of the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (O.M.A.) in Rotterdam, and author of the critically acclaimed S,M,L,XL .
