New York: Gramercy Books, 1989. 4th printing. Hardcover. Very Good. 700p. A hardcover book in very good condition with dustjacket. Binding is cockeyed, but still tight. Foredges foxed, but otherwise, text is clean. The jacket is fully intact but lightly foxed along the inner edges.
