Publisher's original blue cloth with titles in gilt to the spine, in dustwrapper. Illustrated with numerous black and white photographs. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the near fine dustwrapper with just a touch of rubbing to the upper spine tip and corners. Not price-clipped (£25.00 net to the front flap). A lovely copy. Inscribed by the author in blue ink to the title page, "To Gladys Persich / with all good wishes / Margaret Thatcher". Covering her years as Prime Minister between 1979-1990, 'The Downing Street Years' was Margaret Thatcher's first book. Further details and images for any of the items listed are available on request.
