About This Item

Massachusetts, 1933. 15th edition. Hardcover. Good. A truly comprehensive compendium of early American pressed glass from 1840-1880. One hundred and ninety illustrations. The author spent years compiling the contents of this reference, utilizing old trade catalogues and traveling widely to interview collectors. This hard-to-find hardcover edition is not the reprint by Tuttle (1985), but rather is a revised and enlarged edition published by the author in 1933. This is a perfect working or reference copy. Contents are perfect, but covers reflect its age.
