About This Item
Double Day Crime Club Edition. Ex-library book has usual markings, stamps, stickers, writing, card holder. DJ has very little bumping, rubbing on the top, spine, edges, corners. Outer page edges with tanning, browning, stains and foxing. Inside some of the pages do have stains from being read over the years but has not interfered with the reading material. Pages deckled. Ken Mitchell was known, in his profession, as a "hatchet man." He looked for trouble-anything shady, anything not quite right-in the Chemco Company's branch office books, and as traveling auditor he had a grueling job. U5.
