About This Item
Saint Louis, MO: Autolycus Press, 1978. First edition and first printing. Hardcover. 204 pages. A novel based on the life of Ernest Hemingway. A near fine copy in black cloth boards and in a very good plus dust jacket with a few small edge tears and tiny chips. Signed and with a very warm inscription by Murphy on the front free endpaper. Murphy was the executor of the Vincent Starrett estate as well as being inmersed in the world of Sherlock Holmes. The inscription is very likely to Jon Lellenberg.

All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless indicated otherwise. Books are returnable for any reason within 10 days provided they are returned in the same condition they were sent.
