Very good with wear at the edges and a few spots, slightly cocked and the rear hinge expertly repaired. Inscribed by Redfield and with additional note by the first owner. Comprehensive overview of the history of mankind covering all aspects of thought including: Rama, Krishna, Orpheus, Fo-Hi, Odin, Charlemagne, the Jesuits, and a wealth of other by deOlivet was an esoteric philologist.
