Sarasota, Florida: Pineapple Press, 2009. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Octavo. 380 pages. Hardcover with a tan and blue pictorial dust jacket. Moderate wear to the jacket, which has a small tear and wrinkle at the bottom corner of the front panel. There is also a spot of soiling and scuffing on the lower corner of the book's front cover as well as on the interior of the jacket. The text block has a little spotting on the fore edge. Stated First Edition. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED by the author on the half title and dated 2009.
