About This Item

New York: E.P. Dutton, 1943. Cloth. Near Fine/Near Fine. A very solid copy of the 1943 stated 1st edition. Tight and Near Fine (small former owner signature at the front free endpaper) in an especially bright, price-clipped, VG+ to Near Fine example of the stated "2nd printing" dustjacket. Crisp and very presentable, with just a touch of soiling to the rear panel. Octavo, wonderful fictionalized account of the post-War Japanese capture of Santa Monica and Los Angeles.
