Synopsis

This was Jorge Ramos’ rebellious premise to interview the probable candidates for the presidency in Mexico in 2012. Going back to his amazing interviewer skills, Jorge talks to Enrique Peña Nieto, Manlio Fabio Beltrones, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, Marcelo Ebrard, Santiago Creel and Josefina Vázquez Mota. Some of the questions asked were: How come you appeared to be unaware of your wife’s death? Why did the New York Times label you as a Drug Lord? Will the fact that most Mexicans consider you a sore loser affect your chances to become President? Can you be a practicing Catholic and agree to abortion? Where is the change that the PAN party promised to all Mexicans? Why hasn’t there been a female President in Mexico? And to all of them: Should negotiations be carried out with the Drug Cartels? How much money do you have? And many more difficult and sometimes upsetting questions that will reveal the true character of those interviewed.
