[New York: Simon and Schuster, 1988. Softcover. Near Fine. First edition, pre-publication copy. Quarto. 250pp. White printed wrappers with black cloth tape spine as issued. Mechanically reproduces the author's original typescript, with his holograph changes in photocopied facsimile. The first page is stapled onto the inside front cover, apparently as distributed by the publisher. A very near fine copy.
