About This Item

First Edition/Stated Third Printing (Stated on front flap and on page 433); A Very Good book in a Very Good dust jacket. A handsome copy of this Lovecraft classic, with a reported print run of approximately 3000 copies. This copy is in very good condition with a square, tight binding, bright gold lettering over black boards, and clean pages throughout; the book does show some mild spotting and staining, particularly to the top exterior text block, else near fine or better. Housed in a crisp and bright very good or better dust jacket that shows some light rubbing and chipping to the spine ends and corners, a small stain to the back panel, and very mild sunning to the spine (this title usually shows advanced sunning to the spine). Overall, a highly presentable and collectible copy of this uncommon title; Not remaindered, not price clipped ($6.50 intact), not ex-library; in a protective Mylar cover and will ship in a sturdy box.
