Illus. by Robert Lougheed. 7.5” X10”. Hardcover. Very Good Condition, Pictorial clothbound boards with dustjacket. Dust Jacket unclipped, but price is marked out with ink pen. Some closed tearing to DJ at edges, and DJ torn at head of spine. Cover edges are fairly square, head and tail of spine are lightly bumped and one small bump on the bottom edge of the back cover. Prior Owner’s name and address on fep. Author’s signature on half title page. Pages of textblock are clean, unmarked and bright with minimal age-tanning. Binding is tight. Lougheed’s illustrations are crisp throughout with the inclusion of several color double page spread plates with printed signatures by the illustrator. A rare signed copy of this vibrant and beautiful children’s story. Signed
