Edinburgh [Scotland]: David Douglas, 1882 [6], xlvii, [1], 323pp, [1], printed on watermarked laid paper with deckled page edges, decorative endpapers, binding and hinges tight, top edges gilt. Complete with forty letter pressed etchings, as called for, with tissue guards intact. Interesting photographic bookplate from the library of A. M. Nairn at Lassintullich, an old sporting Lodge in Scotland. Covers show bumped corners, spine darkened, front cover sunned, loss to upper edge of the spine.
