ISBN: 9780985571801.New York State Poet Laureate Emeritus Joseph Tusiani was a professor emeritus at Lehman College and a prominent Italian-American poet who translated Michelangelo's poetry. Tusiani died of COVID-19 in 2020 at the age of 96 during the first wave of COVID in New York City. OCLC only finds 3 copies held by libraries worldwide. No other copies are currently offered for sale online. "Ninety Poems" is a collection of Tusiani's dearest poems from his years of writing. Tusiani taught as a professor at City University of New York, Fordham University, and served as a Director of the Catholic Poetry Society, as well as Vice President of the Poetry Society of America.
