New York: Knopf, 1958. First edition. Black cloth in blue and white dust jacket; small 8vo. Inscribed by the poet on the ffep in 1960 in New London where he taught, and signed by him in full. One minor change in text to a poem with his intials. One of 1000 printed; designed by Harry Ford. Fine in a lightly worn and sunned, but complete first issue dust jacket.
