Salem, MA, US: Peabody Museum, 1963. Hardcover. Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. xii, 146pp, 56pp black and white photographic plates, 147-160pp. Black cloth-covered boards; gilt titles on spine. 4to. Very, very light bumping and rubbing at spine ends; bumped lower front corner. Light shelf wear, small area of bubbling cloth on front. Foxed top text block edge; other edges less so. Foxing to endpapers, light foxing to first and last pages. Gutter strained at page 1; hinge stretched between rear endpapers. Otherwise, internally neat, clean, tight and bright. One of 1,000 copies.
