An art book from the New Zealander painter who believed "The Pacific is the most colourful and fascinating part of this earth." First published in 1966, this copy is a 1970 reprint. Endpapers illustrated with b&w sketches. Illustrated with 56 tipped-in full colour plates and about 70 b&w drawings. Not paginated. Dust jacket mildly worn and a little toned. Text block has a bit of a bump (or stress mark from page turning?) at the top open corner. No markings by any previous owner.
