London, England: Charles Skilton LTD, 1965. Limited Edition . Hardcover with Slipcase. Very Good/Without Dust Wrapper (As Issued). 4to - 9.75 to 12" tall. Very Good - signed limited edition. Number 316 0f 500 signed by the author at the rear. Includes a signed dedication to Sister Patrick at front and a signed letter to Sister Patrick on authors letter head paper.Blue paper covered slipcase, quarter blue and black cloth binding with gilt down the spine and on the front board, volume has cellophane wrapper. Slipcase corners are bumped and rounded with marks and wear, cellophane is wrinkled in places with wear at the extremities, volume itself looks unread and like new with contents clean, bright and tight.
