Large color fold out map in excellent condition. First few leave of text slightly toned, balance generally clean. Bookplate. Only edition of a very scarce account of New South Wales, Van Diemen's Land, Port Philip, South Australia, and New Zealand by an early colonist, whose compendious account includes description of the historical and social background of the various "provinces".
