Published Toronto: The Copp, Clark Co., Limited, 1912. 8vo., 7" x 9 1/4", 288pp, illustrated with 12 full color plates and numerous b/w drawings by John R. Neill. Red cloth with black spine titles and design, color pictorial cover inset, color pictorial endpapers. Six Baum titles listed on verso of half title to "John Dough and the Cherub." The second book in the Trot and Cap'n Bill series. Adventures here begin when Button-Bright finds a magic umbrella that will carry him anywhere in the world. Worn at the tips and spine ends, fade to spine lettering, some spotting to rear cover, ocassional soil/spotting at some edges/margins, previous owner name on "Belongs To" page, short, closed tear in margin of page 38. Binding tight, hinges strong, pages bright, plates very good. Book presents well. Good plus. . 1st. Hard. Good Plus/No Jacket. 8vo.
