book is "Fine" without any discernible faults. Black top stain. Unclipped jacket suffers from laminate failing along the hinges and extremities. There is one 20 mm open tear at the spine tail. Some very miniscule tears at spine head. No other tears, chips or creases. Inv. # 63725 TN* bds 10/2023
