Elizabeth Babcock, LCSW was a tormented overeater for 37 years but has now maintained comfortable balance with food since 2001. She specializes in psychotherapy with others who overeat, along with conducting community education seminars and trainings for healthcare professionals. She resides in southwestern Pennsylvania where she spends as much time as possible outdoors when weather permits, preferably walking, kayaking, or lazing in a hammock with a good book.
