From the editor's collection whose bookplate is noted on the front pastedown, and whose notes are penned within. This book was subsequently owned by Professor Victoria Chick of University College London, a Post Keynesian economist known for her essays on monetary theory, banking and methodology, whose pencil marginalia is also noted within.
