"Essays and editorials commenting on the media response to the exhibition by Winnipeg artist Diana Thorneycroft held at the St. Norbert Arts Centre in 1999". "In the fall of 1999 my installation Monstrance took place at St. Norbert Arts Centre in Winnipeg. The exhibition was about our fascination with and reverence for carnal remains, humankind's compulsion to leave behind physical evidence of our temporary existence, and nature's insistence on returning lifeless bodies to earth. Re/Monstrance presents twelve charcoal drawings of the rabbits that were once part of Monstrance and makes explicit my reverence towards their carnal remains."
