Kori Leigh Hagel is a teacher, coach, and nutritionist. She applies the holistic approach to her work and her food-crafting company, Farmapothique. Hagel also offers online classes and retreats, including A Course in the Rituals of Self-Care and Tribe for a Year.

In her new book, Atlas of Darkness, Hagel shares the long road she traveled after surviving abuse. Her past experiences inspired her to help others learn the practices of self-care and discover how to embrace the darkness.
