S. public printing and the Government Printing Office as been prepared in connection with the centennial of the organization. Also included is a review of the events and circumstances which preceded the establishment of the GPO in order to explain its creation by the Congress of the United States. Mr. Harry Schecter was Chairman of the Government Printing Office Style Board and was principally responsible for the research and writing.
