A very good copy in very good- dust jacket with slight sunning, few small nicks and slight rubbing to jacket; previous owner's printed paper label on front free endpaper; slight internal browning to edges and endpapers.113 Color & b/w Plates (including frontispiece); Few b/w Illustrations (appendix).
