Scarborough, Ontario: General Motors of Canada. Fine. 1993. Hardcover. 95 p. 28.5 cm. Sound and square binding in blue, pebblecloth-covered boards, with gilt stamped titles and decoration on the upper board. Virtually no discernible wear. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. A pictorial history of the General Motors Corporation industries that operated at 1901 Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto. The plant started off producing refridgerators as Frigidaire of Canada from 1952 to 1970, then automotive parts as Delco Products of Canada from 1970 to 1973, and finally the General Motors of Canada Limited Scarborough Van Plant from 1974 to 1993. Illustrated with colour and black and white photographs, almost all of them are of people who worked at the plants over the years. .
