In publisher's cardboard slipcase, with a bit of rubbing, and soiling to foot. Due to weight, extra shipping charges may apply. All that is known to have survived of the manuscript of Orwell's classic dystopian novel, approximately 44% of the ultimate published text. With transcript notes by bookseller and Orwell historian Peter Davison. Davison acquired the original manuscript in 1969, and the result of his 15-year passion project is this carefully transcribed and beautifully bound facsimile manuscript. A must have for any fan of Orwell or the dystopian genre.
