History of Pratt & Whitney machine company with illustrated histories of the company's product lines which included complex machinery, military guns (Civil War and WWI), gun making machinery, machine tools and more, as well as images of its founders, its factories and its apprenticeship program. Tan textured cloth with maroon leather spine and front cover label, gilt letterin, 10.25" tall, 118 pages. Light rubbing to spine ends, otherwise near fine condition with firm binding, very clean pages, no names or other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
