Issued as Treatise II of the Bridgewater Treatises. xvi (with series list pp.xii-xiii) +375+8 (pub .list); prev.owner's small gilt label top front pastedown, eraseable pencil inscrip. to front endpaper with author's name, dates and note 'Bridgewater Treatise - Pickering, 1837', a few brown spots to half-title t.p. and eslewhere, verso final text page browning; covers generally clean and almost unworn but spine label badly rubbed text (just about decipherable), spine, adjacent region and top front edge fading. A very acceptable reference/ working copy of this Bridgewater Treatise in original format. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
