Lge 8vo. pp396 incl. index., bibliog. & chronological table. 6 double-sided full colour plates & too many b/w illus. to mention. Orig. grey cloth, gilt to slightly bumped spine. VG+ in G+ d/w with 2 closed tears and wear to corners. Laminate shrinkage has slightly buckled the d/w at front panel/spine but lamination now split so no further movement.
