Green cloth, gilt titles to spine, and photo-illustrated dustjacket. 194pp. With 76 illustrations: one colour plate, and the rest b&w photos in plates (some excellent photos of mountains and climbing). Includes historical photos from the early days of the club. Covers climbing and mountaineering from various parts of the world. Very Good book in Very Good jacket. Clean covers and pages, bumped cover corners. 1957 gift inscription on flyleaf. Jacket bright and clean, slight handling marks to back, and with losses to edges.
