New York: Architectural Book Publishing Co., 1927, 1929.. 6 parts in 2 volumes. 119 of 120 loose plates in 5 orginal portfolio cases. The 5th portfolio case contains both Parts 5 and 6. A 7th part with 20 plates was issued but is not present here. Ex-library with indications on the portfolio cases, including stamps and cardholders inside the covers and a number sticker on the front cover of four of the five portfolios. Plate 20 of Part 5, which is the plate not present, contains a photograph of the 333 North Michigan Avenue Building in Chicago. Some staining of portfolio covers and some tears along spine edges. At least 9 plates have dampstaining, two plates have library stamps, and one plate has a few small spots. Preface by Lewis Mumford present. Among the buildings shown are the Shelton Hotel in New York, the Hollywood Terminal Building, the Indianapolis Public Library, Grauman's in Los Angeles, the University of Michigan Union in Ann Arbor, the Nebraska State Capitol, the Church of Saint Vincent Ferrer in New York, the Chapel of the Intercession in New Yorkand the Panhellic House in New York. .
