About This Item
Baltimore: The Norman, Remington Company, 1920. Hardcover. Small 4to. Green cloth with gilt spine lettering. xix, 1320pp. Very good. Mild bit of edgewear and small split on front inner hinge (not weakened); contemporary ownership signature on front flyleaf and on front pastedown name/address label of noted pediatric medicine professor and medical history scholar Ralph C. Gordon. A tight and nice first edition of this biographical dictionary, internally near fine and bright. Rather scarce.
