POOR CONDITION. Front cover detached and back cover hanging on by a thread. Edges and surfaces heavily scuffed. Spine is chipped and crackly-textured. Library label on spine; stamps and card pocket inside. Pages foxed and toned with age, but text otherwise unmarked. Damaged but readable, and OFFERED AS-IS. Volume 8 of a multi-volume collection of U.S. congressional papers from the time between the War of 1812 and the Jacksonian era. This is the third volume in a sub-series dealing with land claims; includes a section of 6 plates. Measures approx. 13.25" x 8.75
