Poetic writing critical of the Korean War; upon its first release in July 1953, Lowenfels was arrested and indicted under the Smith Act, thus becoming the first poet to be charged under that censorship legislation of the post-WWII Red Scare. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 8 pages.
