Boards and spine are brown, lettering green, embossed fern on front board. Dust jacket is white, lettering black, full size colour photo front, back plain, 4 colour photos book ad on back flap. Dust jacket is NOT PRICE CLIPPED, has minor edge wear, several small creases along dj top edge, two 1/16 inch rips on top of dj spine, dj spine is a bit sunned text is clear but yellow National Geographic rectangle is barely visible, has a few barely visible scratches, on dj spine is a more visible 3/8 inch scratch but it didn’t break the paper, back edge of dj spine vertically has very slight grey marks from rubbing adjacent book on shelf, and a few slight dimples. Book boards and spine are flat, clean, bright, no rips, no bent corners, no spine creases, unmarked. Inner end papers are dark brown. Inside of book is tight, clean, bright, clear, flat. Book is a blend of coated stock and a nice linen-like ivory paper. National Geographic Special Publications Series 14. Stunning photos on just about every page. Colour maps and brown drawings. Full Index. Interesting text.

My books are from a large private collection, very well taken care of and rarely handled. All descriptions and photos are of the actual books I'm selling. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding my books, just ask. IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.

This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
