About This Item
London: Macmillan, 1890. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. being the account of a rough survey in the Rocky Mountain Regions of British Columbia. 251 pp, ill, fold out map of Selkirk mountains. Green was one of the first men to climb in British Columbia, at a time when no really good maps existed. Original red cloth, black rules on covers, gilt spine. Little better than good: internally nice, front free endpapers separated but hinge holding. Top of spine shows two vertical tears across the spine but otherwise gilt is nice and totally legible. Good value.
